Who we are and what we do
PegasusIoT is an AI-first advisory firm made up of industry builders. We help technology service providers, investors and operators grow faster, buy smarter and fund their next move, with senior people who have built and scaled technology businesses themselves.
We work across three practice areas: consulting and advisory for technology service providers, strategic sourcing and procurement, and financial services including capital raises and acquisition strategy.
Jordan Whyard, CEO & Managing Member
Jordan leads PegasusIoT as CEO and Managing Member. He has spent two decades building the commercial side of digital infrastructure: hyperscale cloud, data centers and colocation, and carrier networks.
At Amazon Web Services he led five greenfield charters in under five years. His partner-led demand model was adopted worldwide, and he certified 450 sales executives. Before AWS, he was a Senior Director at Oracle, owning federal systems integrator and large ISV go-to-market during the JEDI/JWCC era; while at DataBank, he lead building the channel program behind its growth ; and a sales leader at NTT DATA, Windstream, Mitel, where he consistently delivered high impact engagments.
His specialty is the financial architecture of adoption: funding pools, co-investment and multi-party contracting that make technology economically consumable. He holds AWS and Oracle Cloud certifications, serves on the Board of Directors at Commonwealth University, is an executive member of Pavilion, and is the founder of 2 emerging AI startups
